Sons of Liberty Celebrates the Start of Summer with Freedom Friday Party
Summer, is that you? Welcome the warm weather with Sons of Liberty and end your work week with live music, finger-lickin’ BBQ and craft cocktails.
Nashville recording country artist Mickey Lamantia will be back in the tasting room from 6-9pm singing some of his original outlaw country songs as well as some of the best from some of country music’s finest.
We suggest you bring your appetite. Baby’s Bonetown BBQ will be making their distillery debut with everyone’s favorite BBQ eats. They’ll be serving a variety of BBQ including pulled pork, brisket, chicken and ribs. If you’re still hungry after that, no worries. Homemade sides like potato salad, baked beans and cole slaw will be available for purchase.
If you’re thirsty, you came to the right place. Sons of Liberty will be serving their award-winning whiskies, including Gala Apple Flavored Whiskey, which recently won Best Flavored Whiskey in America by Whisky magazine. Craving something cold? Try one of their craft beers on tap or a cocktail crafted with house-made syrups and bitters.
That’s not all. Sons of Liberty will also be releasing canned 4-packs of Cherry Berliner Weisse Ale (4x12oz; $10) and Love Handles Double IPA (4x16oz; $15) so you can take the deliciousness home with you. This marks the second can release of Love Handles and is anticipated to sell quickly after the team adjusted the recipe following feedback from the first release. The Cherry Berliner Weisse is their newest release in the Fashionista Kettle Sour Series, crafted to be a fruit, tart, easy drinking beer for summer.
