Chez Manhattan

by Bartender Regina Merlino, Chez Pascal, Providence I make this riff on the Manhattan with a house-made strawberry-infused vermouth but you can substitute Cocchi Americano Rosa, an Italian aperitif with lovely hints of fruit and spices.

In a bar glass, stir liquid ingredients over ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry. Yields 1 cocktail.
