- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 4 dashes King Ramsey’s Tangerine Bitters* (substitute Regan’s
- Orange Bitters No. 6 or Angostura Orange Bitters)
- 2 fresh large strawberries (1 for garnish)
- 1½ ounces El Buho Mezcal
In a sturdy rocks glass, muddle brown sugar, bitters and 1 strawberry. Add ice and mezcal and stir for 10 seconds. Garnish with a fresh strawberry. Makes 1 drink.
