Join Edible Rhody and Farm Fresh Rhode Island’s Harvest Kitchen for a lesson in home canning.

Spend the evening with Harvest Kitchen Chef and Program Director Jennifer Stott and learn to preserve the best of the local harvest in this hands-on class.

You’ll bring home your own jars of Spicy Pickled Carrots and Stewed Tomatoes, plus a year’s subscription to Edible Rhody.
