
Reverse Manhattan
Jacques PépinWhen I came to this country, I was introduced to Manhattans. I love the classic cocktail, but I ended up doing what I call a reverse Manhattan, where the ratios are reversed. I like this served on the rocks.
Ingredients
- 2 parts red vermouth
- 1 part whiskey (or gin)
- Lime wedge garnish
Notes
Stir ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Strain into a fresh glass with rocks—or straight up in a chilled coupe glass if you prefer. Makes 1 cocktail.
