This palate-pleasing flip is an elegant spin on a mezcal margarita, tinged petal-pink with Aperol and elevated with an elegant white froth.

Ingredients
  

  • oz mezcal
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz fresh-pressed lemon juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Dried citrus wheel and edible flowers for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add mezcal, Aperol, lemon juice, agave syrup and egg white to a shaker, add ice and shake 10 seconds.
  • Remove ice, shake again for 10 seconds to aerate.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish and serve.
