Ingredients
- 1½ oz mezcal
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz fresh-pressed lemon juice
- 1 oz agave syrup
- 1 egg white
- Dried citrus wheel and edible flowers for garnish
Instructions
- Add mezcal, Aperol, lemon juice, agave syrup and egg white to a shaker, add ice and shake 10 seconds.
- Remove ice, shake again for 10 seconds to aerate.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish and serve.
