When building cocktail menus, we consider the syrups and mixes we can batch beforehand to ensure fast service. For fast-paced nights we bottle the cranberry, triple sec, lime juice and orange blossom water for quick service. Add gin, shake and go!
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces ISCO x Myrtle Gin
- ¾ ounce cranberry juice
- ¾ ounce triple sec or dry curaçao
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 drops orange blossom water
- Edible flower for garnish
Instructions
- Add drink ingredients to a bar tin, add ice and shake 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish and serve. Makes 1 cocktail.
