Knead lost most of their kitchen staff, so they have gone to a streamlined menu of the
classics—down from 24 varieties, “back before the apocalypse.”
Customers can walk up, ride up or do drive-thru to pick up their bread orders at Seven
Stars. Team members keep a safe distance in all cases.
At Knead curbside pickups are on Saturdays and Sundays—customer response has been
