Head distiller Ryan Gwozdz was a head brewer for over a decade but his keen interest in distilling led to a change in career plans.
The distillery produces a variety of spirits, including vodka, special issue botanical gins, rum, rye, bourbon, an agave spirit, limoncello, as well as a range of canned cocktails.
