Wine & Cheese Tasting at East Side Cheese & Provisions
Class Details:
This 90-minute evening will start with a mini "cheese 101" course, so you can learn how the basics of cheese and their different styles, tasting tips and basic pairing suggestions. During this time you will taste the top 6 cheeses offered at East Side Cheese, from young, French triple creme brie to a stunning Swiss alpine style full of nutty flavor and dense, fudgy texture.
Each of the six courses of artisan cheese is paired with a wine tailored to bring out unique, interesting flavors. The team sat down and found the best sparkling wines, whites, reds and more for you to enjoy.
