Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 2 ounces Sao Domingos Aguardente Vinica Velha
- ¾ ounce La Pivon Vermouth Rojo (Spanish vermouth)
- ¾ ounce Mariquinhas Ginja De Obidos Sour Cherry Liqueur
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 Ginja (brandied cherry with pit) for garnish
Preparation
Combine liquid ingredients in a bar glass, add ice, stir for 30 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a Ginja cherry.
