Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Ostreida vodka
  • 1 ounce kimchi brine (we like Chi Kitchen)
  • Juice of 1/3 medium carrot
  • Juice of 1/3 peeled and seeded cucumber
  • 14 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce ginger syrup
  • Cucumber slice for garnish

Preparation

Add ingredients to bar tin, add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber slice and serve. Makes 1 cocktail.
