Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Godiva white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce Dorda Belgian chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce Malt’s Irish Cream*
  • 2 dashes mint bitters (or a splash of white crème de menthe)
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish
  • Fresh mint for garnish
*Malt’s Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1⅔ cups Irish whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

In a bar tin, combine vodka, both liqueurs, Irish cream and bitters. Add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drizzle the top with chocolate syrup (a squeeze bottle with a narrow tip helps for this) and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

*Malt’s Irish Cream

In a large Mason jar, combine ingredients, cover tightly with lid and shake to combine. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
