Nothing says fall like fresh apple cider. Because we distill our vodka with local apples (from Barden Family Orchard, the same orchard where we get our cider), the flavors naturally complement one another.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Rhodium Vodka
  • ½ ounce fresh-pressed lemon juice
  • 3 ounces fresh apple cider
  • 4 dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 sprigs fresh sage (for shake and garnish)

Preparation

In a bar tin, combine vodka, lemon juice, cider, bitters and 1 sage sprig. Add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and double strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice. Gently rub the fresh sage sprig to release the oils, then place atop the cocktail.
