Coco’s Punch is a homage to one of my favorite tiki classics, The Jungle Bird.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Plantation Original Dark Rum
  • 1 ounce fresh-pressed orange juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce Campari
  • ½ ounce Giffard Orgeat syrup
  • ½ ounce fresh-pressed lime juice
  • Orange wheel for garnish
  • Cherry for garnish
  • Pineapple leaf for garnish

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in bar tin, add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a large pearl diver glass. Add ample amounts of crushed ice and garnish with orange wheel, cherry and pineapple leaf. Makes 1 cocktail.
