Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Plantation Original Dark Rum
- 1 ounce fresh-pressed orange juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- ½ ounce Campari
- ½ ounce Giffard Orgeat syrup
- ½ ounce fresh-pressed lime juice
- Orange wheel for garnish
- Cherry for garnish
- Pineapple leaf for garnish
Instructions
Combine liquid ingredients in bar tin, add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a large pearl diver glass. Add ample amounts of crushed ice and garnish with orange wheel, cherry and pineapple leaf. Makes 1 cocktail.
