Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces vodka
  • ¾ ounce unsweetened cranberry juice
  • ¾ ounce honey syrup*
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • Lemon twist or lime wedge garnish
*Honey syrup:
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge or lemon twist, or not at all! Makes 1 cocktail.

*Honey syrup: Bring ½ cup water to a simmer in small saucepot. Remove from heat and add ½ cup honey, stirring to dissolve. Cool to room temperature and store in a clean glass jar or bottle.
