Ingredients
- 2 ounces Cucumber Mint Water*
- 1 ounce Jalapeño Agave Syrup**
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- Cucumber wheel for garnish
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Preparation
Add ingredients (except garnishes) into a bar tin, add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber slice and fresh mint. Makes 1 drink.
*Cucumber Mint Water: In a medium-sized pot, heat 2½ cups water with 7 sprigs fresh mint and 1 medium cucumber, sliced. Simmer 5 minutes, let cool, strain, discard solids and funnel into a clean Mason jar. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
**Jalapeño Agave Syrup: Muddle 6 slices jalapeño in 5 ounces blue agave nectar. Heat 1¼ cups water in a small saucepan, add muddled mixture and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, strain, discard solids and funnel into a clean Mason jar. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
