Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 1½ ounces Lustau Manzanilla Sherry
- ½ ounce silver tequila
- ¼ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- ½ ounce fresh-pressed lime juice
- ½ ounce local honey
- Fennel frond for garnish
Preparation
In a bar tin, add sherry, tequila, St-Germain, lime juice and, finally, honey. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh fennel frond.
