Ingredients

  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • ¾ ounce Roaring Fire Cider*
  • ¾ ounce fresh-pressed lime juice
  • 1 heaping teaspoon raw honey
  • Sugared cranberries**
  • Rosemary for garnish

Preparation

In a bar tin, combine mezcal, fire cider, lime and honey, add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds, strain over rocks or into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with sugared cranberries and rosemary. Makes 1 cocktail.

** Coat 3 fresh cranberries in lime juice and roll in a mix of ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. Place on a cocktail skewer for garnish.
