I am not a big sweets guy, but I do like to close out a meal on a high note. This cocktail keeps me entertained while everyone else is digging into dessert.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce Cherry Heering liqueur
  • ½ ounce maple syrup
  • 2 dashes black walnut bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish

Preparation

Combine ingredients over ice in a bar tin and stir for 15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with orange peel.
