Ingredients
- 1½ ounce Lyre’s Italian Orange Non-Alcoholic Spirit
- ¾ ounce fresh orange juice
- ¾ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ ounce rosemary syrup*
- Soda water
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Preparation
Fill Collins glass with ice, add Lyre’s, citrus juices and rosemary syrup. Top with soda water, stir and garnish with fresh rosemary. Makes 1 drink.
*Rosemary Syrup: Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan, add 6 large rosemary sprigs, 2 cups granulated sugar. Boil for 1 minute, stir to dissolve sugar. Infuse the syrup for 1 hour and cool to room temperature. Strain into a clean bottle, discard solids. For added ‘fresh’ herbal notes, add 1 spring of fresh rosemary to the bottle. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
