The Daiquiri is a bartender’s true test. Making a great Daiquiri is the first step to becoming a good bartender.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Plantation Three Stars White Rum
- 1 ounces fresh-pressed lime juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- Dehydrated or fresh lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
Combine liquid ingredients in a bar tin, add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and add garnish. Makes 1 cocktail.
