National ProStart Invitational (NPSI)
The National ProStart Invitational, featuring by Ted Allen and Nicole Silva, will feature live culinary competitions between 400+ students from around the nation, an inspiring Q&A during the Share a Coke session, where students can sit down for a discussion with experienced industry and education professionals and more! Interview with leaders in the restaurant industry, including Rob Gifford, EVP of The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, as well as competition winners in culinary and restaurant management will be available
ProStart is a nationwide, two-year high school program that unites the classroom and industry to develop the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s restaurant and foodservice leaders. There have been more than 500,000 ProStart student graduates and $16 million scholarships awarded.
