Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces Sao Domingos Aguardente Vinica Velha
  • ¾ ounce La Pivon Vermouth Rojo (Spanish vermouth)
  • ¾ ounce Mariquinhas Ginja De Obidos Sour Cherry Liqueur
  • 6 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Ginja (brandied cherry with pit) for garnish

Preparation

Combine liquid ingredients in a bar glass, add ice, stir for 30 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a Ginja cherry.
