Ingredients

  • 20 ounces (2½ cups) dark rum
  • 20 ounces (2½ cups) Añejo rum
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 80 ounces (10 cups or 2½ quarts) fresh apple cider
  • Cinnamon sticks for grating or ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Preparation

Fill 1 large glass pitcher half full with ice, add rums, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, fresh cider and stir. Garnish each cocktail with freshly grated cinnamon.
