- 4 apples
- Juice of 1 lemon
1 Preheat the oven to 200°F. Brush a wire rack with canola oil and place it on a baking sheet.
2 Core the apples and cut them into ¼-inch slices. Toss the apple slices in a medium bowl with the lemon juice (to prevent discoloration).
