- 1 ounce Berkshire Mountain Distillers Berkshire Bourbon
- 1 ounce Pimm’s No. 1
- 2 ounces Farmer Willie’s alcoholic ginger beer
- Lemon wheel or herb sprig for garnish
- Borage blossoms for garnish
Preparation
In a Collins glass full of ice, add bourbon, Pimm’s, ginger beer and garnish with lemon wheel and/or herb sprig and borage blossoms.
