Ingredients

  • ¾ ounce raspberry shrub*
  • ½ fresh lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 ounces cachaça
  • Lime wedges and raspberry for garnish

Instructions

Place the shrub and lime wedges into a rocks glass and muddle with a wooden pestle or wooden spoon. Fill glass with ice, pour in the cachaça, stir well and serve. Makes 1 cocktail.

*Raspberry Shrub: Combine 2 cups raspberries with 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup champagne vinegar in a Mason jar. Cover and let sit in a cool dark place for 2 days. Fine strain into a clean glass bottle, discarding solids. Refrigerate; best if consumed within 1 month.
