Dusting off the book jackets to bring new life to outmoded recipes. Edible Rhody is throwing it back to oldie (but goody) recipes, and updating them for the modern chef. Taking vintage cookbooks, testing, tasting and adding a spin, we have found dishes that should be brought back into the contemporary cook’s kitchen.
