I tend to draw inspiration from food, so I’m fortunate to work with different chefs every two to four weeks at The Revolving Door. I get to learn about different cuisines and see some great talent. Seasonality plays a major role as well.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Diplomatico Rum
- ¾ ounces Cointreau
- ¾ ounce fresh-pressed lemon juice
- Sugar for rim
- Lemon peel twist for garnish
Instructions
Combine liquid ingredients in a bar tin with ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass with a sugared rim. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Yields 1 cocktail.
