- 1 1/2 ounces Gin Lane Victoria Pink Gin
- 1/2 ounce Giffard Pamplemousse Rose Liquer
- 1/2 ounce fresh-pressed lime juice
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
- Edible blossoms for garnish
Combine first three ingredients in a bar tin with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with Presecco and garnish with rosemary and edible blossoms. Yields 1 cocktail.
