Ambling the streets of downtown Newport during the busy summer season always leaves me parched, a little dazed and in need of a cool beverage. As I peer out from under my sunhat...
In a bar tin, muddle blueberries in the ruby port and add rum, then ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and fine-strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a sprig of shiso. Makes 1 cocktail.
