Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries for muddling
  • 2 ounces ruby port
  • 1 ounce silver rum
  • Grated nutmeg for garnish
  • Shiso sprig for garnish

Preparation

In a bar tin, muddle blueberries in the ruby port and add rum, then ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and fine-strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a sprig of shiso. Makes 1 cocktail.
