Ingredients
- 4 fresh, ripe raspberries
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (extra-fine is helpful here)
- ½ ounce fresh-pressed lemon juice
- 2 ounces Gin Lane 1751 London Dry Gin
- Prosecco (or other dry sparkling wine)
- Edible blossom for garnish
Instructions
Muddle raspberries and sugar in a bar tin. Add lemon juice, gin and ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with a splash of Prosecco and garnish with your favorite edible blossoms of the season. Makes 1 cocktail.
