This recipe is perky, tart and just sweet enough to keep you sipping. Not quite as strong and sweet as a Lemon Drop Martini, and definitely a step above a vodka soda. Prefer a sweeter drink? Add another splash of limoncello!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce South County Distillers vodka
- 1 ounce South County Distillers limoncello
- Sparkling water
- Citrus peel or fresh herbs for garnish
Preparation
Combine vodka and limoncello in a Collins glass over ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with citrus peel or sprig of sage or rosemary. Makes 1 cocktail.
