Ingredients
- 1 ounce South County Spirits botanical gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce fresh pressed lemon juice
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur such as St-Germain or Fiorente
- Sparkling water
- Citrus peel or fresh kitchen herbs for garnish
Preparation
For a single cocktail, combine liquid ingredients in a bar tin, add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish to serve. For a batch version, add 8 ounces each gin, Campari, lemon juice and liqueur into a pitcher or bottle, store in the fridge and distribute equally into rocks glasses filled with ice when you’re ready to serve. Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with citrus zest or fresh kitchen herbs. Makes 1 cocktail or 8 for the batch version.
