Using quality ingredients and inspiration from their Tuscan ancestors, Cosmo DeFedele and Salvatore Raspallo, the Raspallos produce biscotti that stand at the head of the pack, garnering high praise from Italian-born Rhody residents and Italian Americans alike. The limoncello, the blueberry lemon and the double chocolate-chip are hands-down favorites, but local shelves also stock red velvet, cranberry walnut and vanilla almond.

Slightly softer than many biscotti, offered in original or bite-size, and bursting with flavor, these crunchy treats are just as good as a meal-capper with a glass of red wine as with a cup of coffee.
