Butternut Squash Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted and mashed butternut squash
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt and fresh pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender. Adjust seasoning as necessary with more salt, pepper or lemon. Serve with crudités and pita.
