If you gently rub to “bruise” the fresh rosemary it will release its oils and bolster the cocktail.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Gin
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Fee Brothers orange bitters
  • 1 (200 ml) bottle Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
  • 1 orange wheel
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
  • 5 pink peppercorns
  • 1 whole star anise
  • Marigold blossoms for garnish

Preparation

Fill a rocks glass with ice, add gin, bitters, tonic and stir. Garnish with orange wheel, fresh rosemary, pink peppercorns, star anise and marigold blossoms.
