Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- ¾ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- 1 medium leaf dinosaur kale, roughly torn or chopped
- Small kale leaf for garnish
Preparation
Fill bar tin with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and kale, add ice and shake 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a small kale leaf. Makes 1 cocktail.
