Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 2 ounces Bimini Gin
- ¼ ounce Giffard Crème de Violette
- ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 (200 ml) bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- 1 fresh lemon wheel
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Purple pansies for garnish
- Fresh violets for garnish
Preparation
Fill rocks glass with ice, add gin, violet liqueur, fresh lemon juice, tonic and stir. Garnish with lemon wheel, thyme sprig and pansies and/or violets.
