This Violet G&T is an accelerated spin on the classic Aviation cocktail. Less work and just as delicious.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces Bimini Gin
  • ¼ ounce Giffard Crème de Violette
  • ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (200 ml) bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • 1 fresh lemon wheel
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • Purple pansies for garnish
  • Fresh violets for garnish

Preparation

Fill rocks glass with ice, add gin, violet liqueur, fresh lemon juice, tonic and stir. Garnish with lemon wheel, thyme sprig and pansies and/or violets.
